Sep 19, 2024Came here to have my newborn daughter's preauricular skin tag removed. Thought it would be an easy process for her and would yield the most aesthetic results. Immediately after the procedure, we could see that a part of the skin tag still remained. My wife and I figured it would most likely heal and resolve, as he assured us it would. After the stitches had resorbed and healing had completed, it was obvious that there was still a part of the tag remaining. We set an appointment to have her seen again in order to see about it getting corrected. He did confirm that there was still a part of the tag. After the post-op visit, we prepared to have the remaining skin tag removed, BUT he wanted to bill us out AGAIN for the procedure that was never completed in the first place. My wife and I are completely disappointed that someone can be this unethical. On top of his poor bedside manner, the job was NOT aesthetic, and could not be unhappier with the results. Side note: The staff was friendly and welcoming.
