Oct 23, 2024Something is off with their phone line. First time I called. I heard the automated system, but after I pressed the option to book a consultation, the call went silent then eventually hung up. I called again and got to a receptionist. She asked, how she could help me. So I asked about the price of a consult. Then she just repeated her introduction. After that, I asked if she could hear me a couple times. I think she heard me the second time but since all she did was repeat her introduction line, instead of confirming that she could actually hear me. I ended up asking if she could hear me at least twice before realizing that she probably could hear me, based on how her tone of voice changed 😅.
Anyways, told me the the consultation price was $250 and that the soonest availability for one wouldn’t be until the middle of next month. Based on that, I politely told her that I would consider it and get back to her… but then I heard silence again. No response until I hung up. Very awkward phone call. But on the other hand, if the surgeon has $250 consultations booked out for the next month, he’s probably good at his job.
