I've been a client at Studio Essex Med Spa for the past 3 years, receiving monthly facials, and my experience has been consistently wonderful. The spa, connected to a plastic surgeon’s office, offers a beautiful, calm, and peaceful environment. Appointments are always punctual, which I greatly appreciate.

Taylor, the nurse injector, is exceptional. She has great attention to detail and skilled in delivering natural results. I also look forward to my monthly facials with Melissa, who is, without a doubt, the best aesthetician I’ve encountered in nearly a decade of investing in various treatments like facials, microneedling, and peels. As a cosmetic dentist, I understand the importance of proper training, and it’s clear that both Taylor and Melissa are highly qualified and have invested in their professional development.

However, my recent experience has been slightly tarnished by the addition of a new, less qualified service provider. I was disappointed when an appointment with Melissa was almost switched to this new provider, who is a licensed massage therapist and “skin specialist”—a title rather than a licensed position. While I haven’t personally received treatments from her, her hiring has reduced Melissa’s availability, which is frustrating.

I still recommend Studio Essex Med Spa, but I advise booking your appointments carefully to ensure you receive the high-quality care you expect.
