I have been going to Advanced Aesthetics Spa for years. It is relatively easy to get in which is a plus. I went in today for a treatment; honestly wanting to discuss treatment options. I felt my provider was more interested in following previous treatment. We decided to just address crows feet at this time. I did not have an issue with my provider or her Tech; they were both great. As a matter of fact, neither tried to push me into additional treatments nor try to “up sale” me on products or services!
My issue came when I went to check out! I informed the “cashier” that I had a $75 dollar voucher/coupon/offer. She informed me that I did not qualify for the “promotion”. I told her it was not a promotion it was a $75 credit that expires in January 25. I tried to pull up my Alle’ account to show her but I couldn’t access my account.
They have complimentary WiFi but she did not know the password. Once she got the password for me, I was able to sign in to my account. I showed her my offer and she could not apply it . She went again to get assistance. This happened several times and she kept insisting I did not qualify for the credit or I had already used it! Finally, someone came and walked her through the process! My voucher was Good and Good was able to use it!!! I paid with a gift card and paid the difference in cash. She went to get change and came back telling the change would be applied as credit on my account. I’m told me She would update rather have my change back in cash. Long story short she was able to give me back $4 but she did not have coins for the 90 cents! I said fine, I will get you a dime from the car! (No change in car). Ugh! My entire check out process took OVER 30 minutes!!!! RIDICULOUS
The lack of knowledge as well as poor costumer service from the cashier was TOTALLY UNEXPECTED and not appreciated! I will NEVER return to the Sonterra location again! I highly recommend trying another location; Avoid the Sonterra location at all costs!
