Dr. Lujan is THE BEST!!!! No joke, I researched doctors from all over the county for the perfect Doctor for my Otoplasty (ear pinning). Not only was the price something you cant beat but her work was a work of art!!!!! I have been insecure my entire life and it took me almost 10 years to find a doctor I felt comfortable with. I am that person who looks at before and after pictures of actual clients, paid for multiple consultations, reads reviews… you know all the research you want to do before getting plastic surgery. Anyway, she by far made me feel so comfortable, she remembers the stories you tell her during visits and made my surgery painless. I had a terrible experience with steriod shots in my neck so I was deathly afraid of them, needless to say, she made me feel at ease (well partly the meds as well) but she took the time to walk me through every step. I didn’t feel like just another patient, I felt cared for. The surgery was painless due to numbing and I watched Netflix the whole procedure. When it was over, she walked me through care instructions and was very thorough. She also responded to my text quickly when I had a question. She did such a good job with my surgery, I didn’t even pick up my pain meds from the pharmacy. I healed quickly and my check ups were easy- not only that, she was always on time for her appointments, I never had to wait and she reached out during the healing process to check on my progress. It has been a month since my surgery and I could not be happier. I literally wear my hair up every single day just to show my ears off. If you are questioning whether or not to get surgery by her, look no further!!!
