I’ve waited a long time to post this review. I had two hair transplants at Premier Plastic Surgery.

I had my first hair transplant in April 2022. Everything went great with the first transplant.

My second transplant happened in February 2023 and this is where the nightmare for me started. The 2 transplant specialist took way too much from my donor area leaving me with a terrible transplant line (see photos below).

The team assured me it would be ok so I waited for the area to heal. After a month or two of no improvement they brought me in for plasma enriched injections in the donor area. Still no improvement. After a year they decided that to much was taken from the donor area and decided to do a 3rd transplant in March of 2024 to try to blend in the donor line. This final surgery did not improve the damage.

After everything was said and done I was left with an embarrassing line on the back of my head.

I will say the staff and Dr. Heil are friendly and they did cover my 3rd transplant on their dime but there is no amount of money that can fix a permanent scar on the back of my head from the mistakes the hair technicians left.
