I called today because I had my surgery there in 2017 and one of my silicone implants ruptured. I called to get information on the implants I had.
I asked the woman who answered the phone if they still had my information and she said “I’m not sure, no” she didn’t even bother to find out and was ready to hang up on me. She also told me “Well the surgeon who did your surgery is no longer practicing so I don’t know”. So I asked her how long do they keep records cause I believe they’re supposed to have it.
She puts me on hold and comes back with my information!!!!
This facility really needs to train their staff on customer service and support.
