I recently had a lipo 360 and Columbian butt lift with Dr. Mercado at EternaMD in Lake Mary, Florida, following a 60 lb weight loss. I chose EternaMD because of their unwavering commitment to patient safety and ethical standards, which far exceed the norm for cosmetic surgery centers.

From the moment Dr. Mercado walked through the door, his disarming bedside manner immediately put me at ease. He genuinely listened to my concerns, empathized with my anxieties, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Never once did I feel rushed, and he made me feel as though I was his only patient for the day. This level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated.

I am absolutely in love with my results. Every step, from pre-op to post-op, was meticulously explained, leaving no room for surprises. The procedure itself was executed to perfection. One of my biggest concerns was undergoing general anesthesia, which I wanted to avoid. Dr. Mercado and his team provided me with the procedure I wanted without the risk involved with general anesthesia and to my surprise, I experienced very little pain during the procedure.

The staff at EternaMD made me feel like family. Their genuine care and personable nature created a comfortable and familiar environment. The facility itself is beautiful, with top-tier cleanliness and a soothing, spa-like ambiance. It felt more like a luxury spa treatment than a surgical procedure.

As a nurse with high standards, this experience exceeded all my expectations. I was so impressed that I even had my mom join me a week later for her own surgical procedures, and her experience mirrored mine. This speaks volumes, especially coming from a healthcare worker.
