My mom went in for a consultation and the front desk asked "what type of insurance do you have" My mother replied " I have United Health Care" the front desk replied We only except United Health Care Advantage and when she produced the UHC Advantage card they told her " we have to do cash." When she agreed to pay the $5k cash for rhinoplasty they told her they could get audited by the insurance company and they couldn't help her.
I'm not sure if you have to be a member to receive services or if they are closed to the public, but this was a waste of time.
