I would just like to say thank you to Dr. Snow and his incredible staff. I first walked into his office full of fear knowing I would need a surgical biopsy which I feared more than any test I had ever had before. From the moment i walked in that first day I was met with warmth and so much kindness. The doctor made sure I knew exactly what the process would entail and what to expect afterwards. One thing that surprised me was that the doctor helps his receptionist and even takes patients back himself. That might not seem special but having seen dozens of specialists I've never seen one perform those duties and have never had one fill in when his staff took breaks. When I went back for my biopsy his staff like before helped to calm my nerves. Just prior to it starting the doctor reassured me he would explain each step and that he would go as slowly as I needed. He was incredibly gentle and there was far less pain than I ever thought possible. He kept me calm the whole time which is pretty hard to believe since I had been so terrified leading up to this day. His assistant was so warm and caring it was like she was a family member. They all made sure I was ok and I cannot possibly thank them enough for helping me through such a scary time in my life. I would highly recommended Dr.Snow to anyone needing treatment and or for plastic surgery. I doubt there's another doctor like him in our great state and if he could calm my fears he can do anything. Thank you Dr. Snow and staff for taking such good care of me and being so patient with this crazy lady.
