Nov 22, 2024My mom had her severe carpal tunnel syndrome handled by Dr. Han. The surgery came out about as well a expected but not great. My biggest complaint that drives the review is the Dr. Hans demeanor. While Im sure he is a fine surgeon and Dr. his bedside manner and ability to converse with his patients is dead on arrival. He's rude, he's short and he is dismissive of their concerns. I sat there advocating for my mom and everytime she asked a question he would just steam roll past it and I kept having to re-ask the question for her. Another thing is he automatically feeds you to the physical therapist who is next-door to him and does not offer any other physical therapist as an option so you can definitely tell he is kicking back or that physical therapist is kicking back to him for the referrals. A very disingenuous model. lastly, my mom pay the co-pay his continue to receive a bill over and over again for a co-pay, even though I actually went into the office and pay the co-pay. AVOID
