Would never recommend this place to anyone. They rarely return calls. When they do they don’t have actual answers, will tell you “we will keep you in the loop,” and then 4 years goes by without any updates (despite frequent requests for them). When I got my surgery I was reassured on numerous occasions that I did not need liposuction or any additional service with my surgery and if there were any issues a free revision was guaranteed with Dr. Wolf. There were immediate issues but was told to wait at least one year to let all the swelling go down and everything to heal. Then the “free revision” became a $500 revision for anesthesia costs, then the anesthesia raised to $900, throughout this there were random pauses on revisions that were impossible to navigate and then he paused all revisions during Covid and has never restarted them again while still acting like there is a possibility he will. I have all of my emails and texts promising free revision no matter what but here we are several years after my surgery and 4 years since Covid with no revision in sight while I watch more and more people come forward with the exact same problem. At this point it seems this guy just preys on the lgbtq+ community for a paycheck because he clearly does not care about results or what his poor results/lack of fixing his poor results are doing to our mental health. I wish every day that I could go back and pick a different surgeon. Especially now that I will have to pay twice for the surgery since the only way for me to get a revision is to pay full price for a revision elsewhere.
