I was decently satisfied with my experience however I am writing this review to caution anyone that gets dermaplaning done.. I was under the impression that they would remove 100% or close to that of my baby hairs on my face as the service describes but I found multiple areas near my upper cheek , lower cheek, and chin where there is still hair found (you can see it better with a flashlight)

I called back to get this issue fixed and they had the lady who did it call me back and tell me I can “do it myself with a razor” lol. If I wanted to do it myself I would’ve gotten a $15 razor from target instead of paying $120 for a “luxury service”.

Never in my life have I seen a place handle an issue so wrong and unsatisfactory for a customer.
Wont be returning.
They also told me it would take 45 minutes and it took 20.

Unfortunate too because I live so close to this place, had they had me come back in and taken maybe 3 minutes to fix the issue I would have happily given them my money plenty of more times and gotten done more facials, etc as time went on.

Now I will go somewhere else
