Apr 18, 2025I had my second breast lift at Apesos' facility. My surgery, care and healing was great, but the office staff neglected to tell me CareCredit can only be ran for 12 months at their office until AFTER they charged my card. I called the office multiple times the weeks after my surgery and was told they were 'looking into it and need to speak to the office manager.' I never received a call back from this office and now I'm at the point where CareCredit is destroying my credit score due to this office's lack of organization and communication. Nowhere in any documentation were the CareCredit terms for their specific office, and if I was properly informed ahead of time and followed up with like a true patient, I would have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.
