Apr 6, 2025My review was only because I mention that before covid I saw Dr Chen and left a $500.0. deposit. Covid hit and at no fault of mine I lost the deposit for surgery. I mention to your person and he told me to bad to sad not my problem. That I have a problem with. I do understand the policy and gladly pay but not the nonsense of an employee that make such a comment. I did not make covid and I believe that there has to be some sort of consideration. I don't think that it is your practice of no considering my concern.
