I am writing this review to share how happy I am with the service I was given at Dr. Francis office and how happy I am with the results of my procedure as I am recovering. From the moment I had my first consult there was an excitement to have my procedure done with this establishment. Anela was so goOd at walking me through any steps that was needed to secure my surgery date and getting all prior lab work and prescriptions sent where needed. As I got closer to the day, the anxiety began to kick in but as soon as I walked in the door, from the way I was greeted and treated by the entire team, all my anxiety instantly went away. The whole team was just so attentive and informative. Everyone was so hands on and knowledgeable. Any last minute questions I hesitated to ask before were answered and reassured. The anesthesiologist was all laughs from the moment he greeted me which made me so much more relaxed. The work Dr. Francis did still wows me as each week goes by, I could not be more in love with myself. Another thing that I appreciate as a patient is that Dr. Francis and his team reach out to follow up on my recovery. That is such a big plus for me as this is all new to me and I am nervous with things that can go wrong. With Dr. Francis, and his team (I dealt much with an amazing lady named Rhiannon) they make sure to walk me through the steps of my recovery and made me so much more comfortable and confident. I would recommend Dr. Francis and his crew for any person considering a procedure in where they want to truly fall in love with themselves. He truly is the G.O.A.T! (GREATEST.OF.ALL.TIMES!)
