**Review of Care Plastic Surgery**

I had a scheduled appointment on December 31st for PRP and Morpheus treatments for my face and neck. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. When Kayla attempted to draw my blood, she improperly inserted the needle, causing my arm to bleed. She blamed the issue on the blood collection tube and my hard-to-see veins. Another nurse was called in to assist, and I expressed my concern about potential bruising on my arm. Kayla responded rudely, questioning why I was okay with potential facial bruising but not arm bruising.

When I requested to speak with the manager, Maria, the situation only worsened. They seemed more focused on my facial procedure rather than addressing my concerns about the blood draw. Ultimately, they told me they couldn’t perform the treatment that day because my appointment time had expired, even though the delay was caused by Kayla’s mishandling.

I felt disrespected and unvalued as a patient. Despite contacting Maria again and requesting to speak with Dr. Collins, I never received a follow-up call. My experience suggests that the clinic prioritizes profit over patient care. I later found out that their glowing 5-star reviews on Google are not reflective of the reality, as evidenced by negative reviews on Yelp.

Additionally, I keep receiving frequent emails from the clinic, which feels like spam, yet I still haven't heard back from Dr. Collins to address my concerns.

As a medical assistant myself, I understand the importance of treating patients with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, this clinic failed to do so. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.
