Apr 29, 2025Just noticed all the horrible reviews and thought I would mention miy experience. I usually am seen at my local WestMed location but I was sent about 20 minutes away to see a doctor no one knew anything about. I arrived to the location at the time I was told to but parking took 5 minutes because unlike my usual location that has parking the one I was sent to doesn't. When I arrived I was sent to 2 different floors and no one knew the doctor I was talking about. Finally when they figured out who the doctor was they told me I was running too late for my appt. I was 25 minutes late because of them! When I told them the whole story all they can say is "We have policies!"... but what about parking? And not to mention with all of WestMed you need to schedule your appt weeks ahead because they're doctors are never available, and you'll be lucky if they don't reschedule your appt without your knowledge or permission. WestMed needs to do better!!
