People were punctual, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. I did a 4-appoinment workup between 8:30a and 12:25pm, learned a lot, and came away reassured about my fitness for bariatric surgery.

HOWEVER, I MUST THROW SOME FLAMES AT WHOEVER FURNISHED THE FACILITY!! Although all waiting area and office seating is appropriately width un-restricted and sturdy, it is also all sized low sitting ~17" off the floor, max. This is torture for people of significant height (I am 6'8"), and even for average height folks who may be experienced joint pain (probably all bariatric patients). Several clinicians agreed with my objections and actually encouraged me to write this review. Although I am specifically discussing July 3 in Cortlandt Manor, the same holds true in Farmington CT office.

Office manager,: get a few new tall orthopedics waiting chairs. Your dealer will know exactly what I am talking about. And loosen up a little. Real humans always throw off the feng shui. Make people happy. Don't make them hurt more!
