May 6, 2025After waiting one month for a visit with their new Doctor, Dr. Loh (whom replaced Dr. Larsen), my visit was canceled the day before without explanation (the voicemail indicated only that there was a schedule conflict). The Office Manager, Nicole, and Receptionist, Carla, were both unapologetic and quite dismissive in fact. Apparently, the reason for their lack of empathy and need for deflection was because they claim to have attempted to reach me earlier; however, there is no record of “said call(s)” neither in caller ID nor voicemail transcription. I have no desire to reschedule my appointment with this office, as there was no inquiry nor concern demonstrated for my wellbeing. The visit; in fact, is/was time sensitive because the cyst for which I was seeking care has/had since grown and become increasingly uncomfortable (infected).
