3 stars since the front-desk staff was friendly, and the wisdom tooth extraction was quick and clean. received post-op care sheet after reminding the nurse i couldnt "wait inside the car" (since i refused to remove my mask) while she was relaying the information to me and my partner. absolutely none of these stars are for the customer service of the doctor on staff for the date of this review.

went as the emergency contact for my partners wisdom tooth extraction, and the main doctor was nonsensically confrontational about wearing masks inside the facility. was told by nurse that DR didnt "allow" masks inside the facility, and when i mentioned to DR that i would keep my mask on when inside since i am immunocompromised, he proceeded to ask "with what?" which is incredibly unprofessional and out of line for a doctor to ask someone that isnt their own patient. the justification for no cloth masks was "bringing in outside bacteria", which the clothes we were all wearing in the office would have contained more of, and when asked about receiving a paper mask (like the nurses had) to comply with bacterial worries, was asked "what for?"

all in all this behavior is completely unacceptable in a medical setting, and i DO NOT recommend this place if you, or anyone you may need to come with you, needs to wear masks for your/their own health. the level of ignorance regarding why someone might choose to mask inside a medical facility coming from the doctor on duty is absolutely staggering, and makes me worry about the quality of sanitation other patients may be receiving when they come here for medical care. only choose this facility after careful consideration.
