Sometimes we fear surgery or fear what the outcome can be, fear not with Dr. Broumand! From the moment you walk into his office you are truly treated like royalty. The lovely receptionist greets you with a warm smile and a cold water, and there was never a wait to be escorted by the most wonderful nurses, I had Mary. After meeting Dr. Broumard and deciding to go ahead with the breast reduction. I never had a doubt, his cutting edge way was going to create a faster recovery with less scars. My pre-op testing and correspondences from his office were multiple daily, never making me feel alone and always available to answer my questions. I do live almost 3 hours away, yet his staff made me feel like they were right around the corner.
The day had come, the surgery was here nervous and excited at the same time. Dr Broumand was brilliant, there was hardly any pain I only took Tylenol throughout. Every weekend the girls Amanda, Stephanie or Mary would email or call me to check on me, reassuring me that they are available 24/7. My breast are still slightly swollen, my family tells me I beam, my friends are envious and I only have one regret…. I should have done this much sooner in life! If you are looking for a first class Dr. and service, I highly recommend without a doubt 740 Park Ave! Thank you all you have changed my life!
