Please read this entire post if you are thinking about coming to this office for any type of procedure as I have suffered HORRIFIC results from this man.

Let me show you what his so-called 45 years of experience will get you!

I underwent his short scar facelift last Dec for MINOR jaw sagging. He said I would look refreshed, and my outcome would be like what he has shown on his web page. Well, bait and switch as you can see from his own before and after photos which I have attached, that this man has destroyed my face.

After the procedure and after the swelling went down and the true results came to life, I was horrified. I went back to his office to express how unhappy I was as no one with eyes would ever think this result was acceptable. When I expressed my horror and showed Dr Copeland my own photos of how I looked in my everyday life, his response was, and I quote “You don’t look that Bad” What plastic surgeon says that. And then his Office Manager, Beth, chimes in with that smug look on her face and says, and I quote “I think you look Beautiful”. I have not found one person or surgeon who have said I look beautiful, instead they all say how sorry they are that this has happened to me.

I continuously asked for a refund however none was given. Instead, Copeland said I would need a “fat transfer” apparently to try and cover the mess he had created. A fat transfer was never talked about, EVER, prior to undergoing this short scar procedure. Since I really had no choice and assuming this would fix the issue, I agreed. Once again, as soon as all the swelling went down, the outcome was uneven and lumpy.

At this point he still wont refund my money so I can have this corrected, mind you at a tune of $34,000 and go back to living my life. This has been nothing but a continuous nightmare with him and his office. He offered me $3,500 to keep me quiet. So instead, I’m speaking out as NO ONE should ever have to go through this horrible horrific experience. This will also be posted on every web site he is affiliated with and every social media platform, so please share.
