I had a very successful body lift with a different plastic surgeon, and needed a face lift. I thought as a face specialist, Hilger Face Center would do a great job and was looking forward to the consult. A friend who recently had a consult with Dr Hilger referred me.

I get there 10 minutes before my scheduled time, and the receptionist asks if I'm (name), and I said no.. but I found that to be odd. As we were waiting, a person walked in and turns out, that was whom they were waiting for and took her in right away. 10 minutes past my scheduled time turned into 15, 20, 30 minutes, and no one even bothered to come explain what was going on or apologize for the inconvenience. We eventually decided we'd waited long enough and left.

Clearly, the person who came in after missed their appointment, but the staff didn't think my time was valuable enough to even act concerned enough to check in? And this wasn't even a free consultation. I had to pay for it (yes, I did get a refund). It's now 5 days later, and no one called to check in to apologize for wasting my time. It was an hour drive each way for me and a wasted afternoon. This just shows how much they care about their potential clients. Not impressed and certainly won't be going back. My friend who referred me likely won't be going there either.
