Terrible customer service. I couldn't even make a consultation. The receptionist was rude and condescending. I was extremely disappointed. No one asked me any details or whether I had been diagnosed with any form of breast cancer. As soon as I asked for a consultation appointment, the assistant said dismissively"we don't accept insurance." I was referred to their office. I know the policy. She was so rude to a stranger in a vulnerable position. I would never recommend this office.
