Apr 18, 2025I really hate doing this but I feel how the staff has no remorse or care in the world for the clients is so sad. I had my breast implants done a few years ago with Dr. Walden and she really was so sweet and helpful when I needed anything. The problem has always been the staff. When waking up from surgery I could hear the girls talking so bad about me not waking up, I was awake I just couldn't move. When I mumbled I was awake and could hear them, they rushed me out of there while I could barely sit up from the pain I was in. I'm very passive and didn't say anything to them and I knew I had to come back for my follow up and would see all of them, so I didn't want to make things awkward. Since I was coming in often for breast check ups and ultrasounds I decided to get my lip fillers done here, which has been a huge mistake. The first girl did an amazing job but Jan of 2023, I had a different girl that messed up so bad I was forced to buy a whole other syringe for $600 just to even out what she had messed up. I was never offered an apology or discount for the second syringe I should have not needed due to her mistake. When I called today 8/30/24 to see if my syringe was going to expire soon the girl that answered said it was thrown out. I asked her why they don't notify the clients when they are doing so and she had no answer. I basically wasted $600 and was told there was nothing they could do. She had an "I don't care" attitude with no remorse. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I believe the staff definitely needs help, there were many other things I experienced but stayed quiet because I didn't want to make a big deal about it, but this was the straw that broke the camels back. Just want people to know.
