I visited Dr. Glicksman for ear repair surgery after my sister-in-law recommended her. Despite the office being an hour and a half away, I decided to proceed with the treatment.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. After my stitches were removed, I discovered that two stitches had been left in my ear. When I reached out to the office, they asked me to return on a weekday morning at 8 a.m., which was extremely inconvenient given that I work full-time and have three children. Thankfully, since I work in a dental office, I was able to have the stitches removed there instead.

The issues didn’t stop there. When my ears were pierced, one was done significantly lower than the other, so I removed the earring the next morning. Since it was a Saturday, the office was closed. A few days later, the other ear became very itchy, sore, and the earring started to discolor. When I contacted the office again, I was told I’d need to wait a few months before repiercing, and because of my reaction, I should go somewhere else to have it done.

I paid over $1,000 for this procedure and was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care from both the doctor and her office staff. Their dismissive attitude and lack of kindness were shocking.

As someone who works in a dental office and helps run a catering business with my husband, I understand the importance of treating patients and customers with respect and compassion. Sadly, that level of care was completely absent here. I would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone.
