I feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experience with South Jersey Skin Care. What troubles me most isn't just the poor service – it's their complete disregard for patient safety and well-being. During my visit, I specifically informed them about my nut allergy. Despite this crucial information, they prescribed me medication that was dangerous for someone with my allergy. When I later discovered this medication was unsafe given my condition, their response was nothing short of shocking. No apology. No acknowledgment of the serious risk they had put me in. They simply brushed it off as if my health concerns didn't matter. When I reached out to address this dangerous oversight, I was met with indifference. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility for their potentially serious mistake, but they also wouldn't even consider refunding my appointments. Their attitude made it clear that patient safety isn't their priority. I'm sharing this experience to warn others. This level of negligence and dismissive behavior in healthcare is unacceptable.
