Apr 12, 2025I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience this time. The office staff at this practice is terrible, though Dr. Aminpour is truly amazing. Unfortunately, the unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially Any, completely tarnishes Dr. Aminpour’s reputation. I called twice about severe side effects from my medication. Both times, the staff failed to address my concerns. The second time, Any hung up on me without even acknowledging my medical concerns. Worse, they failed to document my medical concerns or notify the doctor about my adverse reactions. To make matters worse, the staff even told me last time I had dialed the wrong number—seriously! The staff should be more considerate and compassionate, especially in a healthcare setting. It’s a shame that such an incredible doctor is being let down by such an unprofessional team.
