When I asked why I had to wait for him for 1 hour and 10 min, having an appointment, I did not hear anything intelligible from his reception staff. Doctor, change your staff because there are too many complaints about them, they cannot coordinate the work of receiving your patients and thus lower your rating. I will go to another doctor.
