Back in August’24, I decided to go for it—Abdominoplasty, which I have wanted since my Hysterectomy twenty years ago. I called Dr. Greenberg’s Smithtown location, and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cooper.

I met Dr. Cooper for the first time at my appt, and discussed what I was looking for. She responded with “That’s easy!” Surgery was scheduled for January 20, 2025, exactly one month before my 60th birthday.

Surgery day came, all went well. I stayed in their Woodbury location that night, while my friend stayed at The Inn at Fox Hollow, (which Dr. Greenberg’s office has a deal with).

Since I’ve been home, I saw Dr. Cooper once a week, and if I had any questions/concerns, I texted her, and she responded very quickly. It was luck that I was scheduled with Dr. Cooper, but God knew I needed to have a skilled surgeon who was warm, friendly, available for Q&A, and encouraging when I was struggling with my recovery.

I paid for this procedure out of pocket, but it’s money well spent! If you feel this is something you’re contemplating, call Dr. Greenberg’s office and schedule a consultation with Dr. Cooper. You won’t be sorry.
