Apr 9, 2025I injured my finger a week ago and went to emergency room. Dr. Vu was referred for the follow up. I got an appointment at 8:45am on July 3rd for follow up and was instructed not to change the bandage until the appointment. I filled out all the patient forms online a couple of days ahead of the appointment. The day before my appointment, I was told that the appointment needs to be re-scheduled to 1pm and I agreed. At 12pm, an hour before my appointment, I was told the doctor cannot see me until a week later. I told the office that my bandage was on for a week and needs to be changed. I was told to go to the urgent care. I have never had such terrible experience with any clinic and do not understand how they could treat the patients this way without any consequences.
