I had 39 surgeries within a year and a half with Dr. Hurteau, after having a double mastectomy. I had no choice in any matter, he made all the decisions. After my mastectomy, I didn't want implants, he insisted to do at the time of my mastectomy, it was downhill from there. He gave me unnecessary surgery every few weeks to scrape scarred skin. After a terrible skin eating bacteria, one implant had to be removed... I walked around like that for months, as he refused to take out the remaining implant. Eventually, I had to get it out from another plastic surgeon. The most horrible experience of my life, and I have the many scars to prove
