However, this morning the office pulled $1800 out of my account and Mary in their finance/billing area was rude, repeatedly interrupted me and acted as if this was not a big deal. My balance due was $1200, to be paid in 2 installments of $600 (one today and one on 2/10), so pulling $1800 is stealing by definition. Mary took no responsibility and the manager would not get on the phone. Passing the buck after an error of this magnitude is not something that I am accepting of.
I was also promised a call from a manager at 830am today, but that has not happened. I wanted to speak to a manager because the refund invoices still state that I owe $1200, so I assume this issue will be recurring again on 2/10.
Furthermore, I explained that if they voided the charges, the money that they took as an overage would be returned to me immediately. Instead a refund was done, meaning, the money will be held for days.
Just a ridiculous cycle with the billing department, so buyer beware. Your mileage may vary, but if it goes wrong, you can count on Mary to not care about your problem and for there to be little to no communication if they make an error and steal your money.
