I had an unexpected facial injury that required stitches, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been treated by Dr. Gilson. From the moment I stepped into his care, I knew I was in expert hands. Dr. Gilson was not only highly professional but also genuinely kind, caring, and attentive. He took extra care to ensure my scarring would be as minimal as possible, and the precision in his stitching was phenomenal—far beyond what you'd expect from the average doctor. His expertise was immediately evident.

What stood out just as much as his skill was his bedside manner. He made me feel completely at ease during the procedure and continued to check in and offer support afterwards. He shared so much helpful information about how to care for my stitches and the healing process, which really gave me confidence and peace of mind.

I also want to highlight how wonderful the front office coordinator, Anna, was throughout the entire experience. She was incredibly receptive to the urgency of my situation and went to great lengths to accommodate me quickly. Her warmth and efficiency made a stressful situation so much easier to manage.

Between Dr. Gilson’s exceptional surgical skills and comforting personality, and Anna’s top-tier support and responsiveness, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m deeply grateful and would recommend Dr. Gilson and his team without hesitation.
