Jul 4, 2025I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The doctor’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional, and the way I was treated left me deeply uncomfortable.
From the start, there were no clear directions or expectations about the procedure or the time frame. I was seated quickly and told the doctor would be in shortly after the numbing cream took effect. I was also offered water, but no one returned for 45 minutes—not with water, nor with an update.
I had come in for Botox on my lunch break, expecting a smooth and timely experience. After sitting with numbing cream on my face for 35 minutes, I stepped out and politely asked when I might be seen, as my break was ending. A staff member acknowledged my question kindly and said they would check.
To my complete surprise, the doctor entered the room shortly after and told me I could leave if I was going to be rude to his staff. I was stunned. I had simply asked a question respectfully, and there was absolutely no indication from the staff member that I had done anything inappropriate.
For a doctor—especially one offering luxury services—to speak to a patient that way is unacceptable. Medical professionals should be held to the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. I came here for a basic cosmetic service, not to be accused, disrespected, or made to feel unwelcome.
I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic based on how poorly I was treated.
