Dr. Borkowski might be great at what he does, but the consult experience I had left me with a bad taste and not interested in going any further. I got an overall good feeling from him when we met. I was told as I was paying/leaving that I would receive a quote in the mail. Three weeks of checking the mail went by and when I finally called, I got a voice message saying they were closed for the week of Labor Day. My call was at the beginning of that window and I thought for sure, I'd get something in the coming days. Nothing came. I called after the Labor Day holiday and was told something had just gone out. I expressed my disappointment in what I felt was an unreasonable amount of time to get follow-up information (almost 4 weeks). That this was a big deal for me, as was the $150 I paid just to have a consult. I asked if they would return that and was told "No". A couple more days passed and still nothing. Since I at least wanted the satisfaction of receiving the quote I was promised, I called again and was told, "I sent it. I have no control over the mail." I said, "well could you email it to me??" I got my paperwork a few minutes later.
