I've been attempting to schedule surgery at this spa, and unfortunately, the communication has been a frustrating experience. The process involves a series of back-and-forth phone calls, where I've had to leave voicemails. Regrettably, the returned calls often come at inconvenient times, and the voicemails are generic, lacking any specific information or a contact name.

Upon returning these calls, there's a consistent challenge in reaching someone directly, resulting in another voicemail exchange. While I'll continue to utilize the spa for other services, the scheduling process for surgery has proven to be too challenging.
