Oct 28, 2025When my 91 year old mother was checking in the lady behind the counter was basically badgering her for her new doctor information which my mother did not have with her. They need to train the desk people to be aware that they may be speaking to elderly people who are not completely prepared to answer their questions. They should also train their people to problem solve situations like this by asking the patient to call back with that information instead of frustrating the hell out of the patient. Can’t wait for some of these people to get old and see what it is like!
