Horrible results and even worse customer service! I had a breast augmentation in September 2006. I’m 5’3” and was about 120 lbs at the time and was about a 34 B bra. I just wanted average size breasts after having 2 children. He put 500cc in each breast against my knowledge! I have hated my breasts ever since and have made many attempts to contact him in regards to this. I moved out of Florida a few months after my surgery and have called many times only to be told by his staff that he is out of town or on vacation every single time. About 2 years after my surgery, I flew to Florida unannounced and spoke to him in person. He said he would “fix” my breasts and all I would have to pay for is the anesthesia which would cost around $1200. He said he was going out of town that week but when he returned, he would call me to arrange. I never heard back from him. I spent the next few years calling and calling and even made 2 more trips to try to reach him and nothing! All I have ever wanted since he did this awful breast augmentation, his for him to remove the implants and make my breast look NORMAL again. I wish I could post my breast pics on here, you all would be shocked! I have not been able to wear a normal bra since my surgery, all I have been able to wear are sport bras. My breast look like deflated basketballs. They are huge, extremely saggy, and have no definition at all. This awful experience has extremely affected me negatively. I have had numerous health issues related to this breast augmentation as well. DO NOT go to Dr Ross! If he messes your surgery up, all you will get from him his empty promises and the cold shoulder!
