I DID NOT see Dr Campbell for my post-op follow up.
I arrived at 9:50 for a 1000 appt. By 1020, one person had been called back with 3-4 more waiting ahead of me. With the outlook being at least another hour wait to be called, I had later obligations and could not stay.
It was apparent that numerous people had been scheduled to see the one doctor in a time frame too small to accommodate them.
It was not my first confused-admin experience there.
I still have not had my post-op follow up exam and will need to coordinate with the VA.
