Let me just say that I am completely floored by the professionalism and consistency of Dr. Palmer and his staff. I was referred by a friend who's aunt and mother also had surgery by Dr. Palmer. So I went in for a consultation and after speaking with the receptionist Melissa and Dr. Palmer, I felt more than comfortable moving forward with the Palmer team! Both the doctor and staff answered every concern without me having to ask additional questions! I was taken through the procedure from start to finish, the type of anesthetics he uses, told about the pros and cons and informed about to be pre-op and post-op care. If you are looking for an experienced cosmetic who's done over 10,000 surgeries and genuinely cares about his patients, then Palmer is the person to do it! I had breast augmentation surgery and was able to get up and move around just after 2 days. I didn't experience the feeling of feeling like there was an elephant on my chest or anything! I am just two months post-op and my breast already look and feel like I was born with them! And to top it all off they will consistently check on your progress and set habitual appointments to make sure your healing is more than successful! You can't beat that!
