Treatment: Gwallee Renewal $195, 75 min
Value: 0/5
Cleanliness: 5/5
aesthetician : 1/5 she was lovely, super nice but skill and technique was absent. She wore gloves and there was NOT ENOUGH product so when she was applying product on my face, she was essentially rubbing and tugging on my bare skin… not supposed to happen. She didn’t explain what she was doing throughout the process.
Process: double cleanse (again tugging my skin) and then some liquid was sprayed on my face and then removed. Then there was some sort of mask? (I think) applied with the light machine … I laid for ~15 mins. Mask was removed. Then applied another mask (no warning or description of what it was) - over my mouth too, so I couldn’t even ask. This mask cooled after 20 mins and was removed. Then she applied some product on my face (again, tugging my skin).
Shoulder massage: I THINK this was meant to be a shoulder massage? But it was just her rubbing and tugging the skin around my neck, shoulder and arms
Post-treatment: zero difference
overall, for the price I would skip. I found NO value in this treatment and experience.

Update: received a follow up call from store manager and when I explained my experience and the tugging on my skin, she was making excuses for her worker (I completely understand a supportive manager, but then don’t call for feedback if you’re going to explain away MY experience). Her response was, I should have said something… I wasn’t comfortable saying something. She proceeded to defend her staff and put the responsibility of my experience ON ME! NOT acceptable… this is a $200 treatment; the technicians SHOULD KNOW how much product is appropriate to put on the face - pretty standard if you ask me.

Please don’t follow up with customers to excuse and explain away how they feel.
