The frontdesk is very rude ( manager )
(I booked another facility in 5minu with tricare insurance) Absolutely Horrendous Appointment Scheduling and Unprofessional Management
"My experience trying to schedule an appointment at this facility has been an absolute nightmare, especially as someone living on Fort Irwin and relying on Tricare. The entire appointment scheduling process is incredibly disorganized, and the level of unprofessionalism I encountered, particularly from the individual who seemed to be the manager, was shocking and completely unacceptable.
I've had to make multiple calls just to try and secure a first-time appointment. Each time, I received conflicting information. One representative would tell me they could tentatively save a date, only for the manager to later contradict it, stating that wasn't possible. This back-and-forth wasted so much of my time and caused immense stress, as I was just trying to ensure I wouldn't miss out on an important appointment date.
When I expressed my genuine concern about getting a confirmed date, the manager's response was a dismissive 'OMG,' clearly annoyed by my persistence. It's incredibly frustrating to be met with such a disrespectful and apathetic attitude when you're simply trying to navigate a broken system, especially given the unique challenges of living on a military base far from the facility.
The lack of empathy and understanding from the appointment line management is appalling. They seemed completely unwilling to listen to my situation or comprehend the legitimate reasons behind my repeated calls. This entire ordeal has been a truly horrible customer service experience, making it unnecessarily difficult to access the care I need. This facility desperately needs to re-evaluate its scheduling system and provide proper training for its staff, especially concerning professional customer interaction and handling patient concerns with respect."
