5/5 stars doesn’t do Dr. McNaughton or her wonderful staff justice, they deserve all the praise I can give! After many consultations with recommended surgeons in the surrounding area, I scheduled a consult with Dr. McNaughton and knew within the first 5 minutes of our chat that I’d trust her 10x over any of the others I’d seen. She is so personable, down to earth, and helpful in explaining a patient’s options to them/talking through information with them. She goes over all important details when making an informed decision, and never made me feel pressured in my choices. I felt so relaxed with her and the staff from the moment I entered the clinic. Her pre-op care and attention to detail is unmatched, and I felt I was in wonderful hands from the start. Her post-op care goes above and beyond anything I’ve heard of elsewhere, from checking in over the phone during the initial recovery days, to post-op visits in my home for my comfort, Dr. McNaughton not only knows what she’s doing from a medical standpoint (brilliant) but she knows how to take care of her patients so, so well. I cannot recommend her enough—if you’re in the Siouxland area (or beyond), you want Dr. McNaughton taking care of you! I will be back for any further procedures without a doubt, and I can’t sing her praises enough! Thank you to all at McNaughton Plastic Surgery for everything you do!
