I recently underwent nose surgery at PSANJ and my overall experience was extremely positive. From the initial consultation to the follow-up care, I felt well-informed and cared for throughout the entire process.
The consultation with Dr. Nini was thorough; he explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions, making sure I understood what to expect. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the time they took to go over the risks, benefits, and recovery.
On the day of surgery, the staff at the hospital was incredibly welcoming and professional. The surgical team made sure I was comfortable before the procedure and reassured me every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I woke up in recovery with minimal discomfort.
Pain management was handled well, and I was given a clear plan for post-surgery care
The staff, from nurses to front desk , were friendly and always available to assist me when I had questions or concerns. Jessica did an amazing job of keeping in contact with me and thoroughly explaining the steps of the whole process! I did experience some mild swelling and bruising, but that was to be expected, and the recovery plan was designed to address these issues.
Overall, my nose surgery was a success, and I’m grateful for the skill and care provided by the medical team. I would highly recommend PSANJ for any plastic surgery concerns as my nose job has significantly improved confidence and happiness! Thank you so much to the entire PSANJ team!
