Aug 16, 2025This review is long overdue. I had a breast reduction and lift in August 2022. When I removed my bandages, I discovered that the skin around my breasts was severely burned, with some areas where the skin had come off completely. When I went back to the doctor, he told me that some people's skin heals differently. He assured me that I could have a revision once everything healed.
In December 2022, he performed a scar revision, but it didn’t improve the appearance. I continued reaching out to the office, and in 2023, I contacted them again, explaining that my breasts still looked terrible and that I needed a second revision. I was then sent a quote stating that I would need to pay for the procedure, which confused me since the initial mistake wasn’t my fault.
Katie, a staff member, directed me to Ally for further explanation, but despite multiple emails and calls over the course of two months, I never received a response. Eventually, I gave up. It's incredibly frustrating to undergo cosmetic surgery expecting great results, only to be left with regret. To this day, I hate the way my breasts look. My surgeon was Dr. Harkins.
If I could give a negative star, I would. Ladies, please do your research thoroughly and choose another place—even if it costs a few hundred dollars more. I wish I could upload a picture, but it's too graphic.
