During my initial consultation, Dr. Cerrati took the time to thoroughly explain the deep plane lower face/neck lift procedure, address all my concerns and set realistic expectations. He performed the surgery, and the results are truly incredible! Firstly, he is an extraordinary human; calm, caring, gentle, honest, and personally attentive. His work is meticulous and highly skilled. He perfectly restored my face and neck, with results so natural that I simply look like a refreshed, younger version of myself. This has been profoundly impactful to not just how I appear, but also how I feel and in my confidence. I feel more confident in social settings and have rediscovered a joy in life I thought was lost. What a gift! I am deeply grateful to Dr. Cerrati. He is among the very best facial plastic surgeons.
