I had my surgery on 7/17/25 with Dr. Dress. The facility was clean, much nicer in person and smelled good. I just wanted to take a moment to share how truly grateful I am. At first, I was hesitant..especially being from Kansas and having come across one not-so-great TikTok review, but I’m so thankful I chose to move forward with my tummy tuck procedure at New Life Plastic Surgery. From the very beginning, the entire team took amazing care of me..even weeks before surgery. I received weekly calls for six weeks leading up to my procedure, helping me through every step of the medical clearance process and answering any questions I had. That alone gave me such peace of mind. What really touched me was the follow-up. I received a call the day after surgery and again after my post-op appointment just to check in and make sure I was doing okay. That kind of attention made me feel like I was their only patient and display their passion about providing top care for their patients. The text message option was a huge plus and response were prompt, helpful and kind. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care, professionalism and warmth. Even with the swelling, I’m already seeing beautiful results and honestly couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Dr. Dress, for your work of art and thank you to the entire team for being so phenomenal and making me feel like I was at home. You have truly made this experience unforgettable and easy. 💛
