Mar 13, 2026The patient coordinator is the first person I saw, and I thought she was very rude She interjected what procedure I should do and what the doctor would do instead of just letting me have a A discussion with the doctor herself. Dr was very quick and brushed me off. I guess she is only kind and warm when she thinks she’s going to have you as a patient. But I was already turned off with the patient coordinator. The nurse was not very nice either. I just felt Like everyone had this very snobby attitude. She wanted me to just sit in an office and wait and speak to somebody else about a laser treatment But after feeling like I was forgotten aboutI just walked out. It was a waste of my time.
